Christmas Holidays 2011

Glad that event is done!!

At first I didn't want the Christmas tree but then again my son was asking a week ago "when are we getting the tree up" he asked his father. Father said, mom is sick and not up to putting up the tree. So I wobbled myself to the shed and pull out the tree and by the afternoon on Monday last week, son came home and happy to see the tree being up..

We spent our Christmas eve at my friend's new place. I love her decor. I love the color she picked for her table.

Pat made such gourmet dinner. The scrumptious appetizer I love, boiled shrimp with different herbs he throw in it.  The dinner was some new york steak, well done. Baked small potatoes, carrots, parsnips and some and turnips sprinkled with his favorite fresh herbs.


 Christmas Day.. the boy was excited to see what we got him. He actually want a gaming computer. Well, he didn't get that in a box but father and him is actually shopping right now for it. It's not cheap gift he ever asked, $1,300.00 and up... all I asked the father to make sure that his grades stays good.

He's opening the stocking and funny child put them all back in the bag and pretended he didn't know what's inside then went to the kitchen for breakfast..

A very nice and warm sweater from Noah. He likes clothes this year looks like, base on his gestures. Wearing them will be a different story if you know what I mean. He is 13 yrs old..

Happy to get a very nice lovely card from his great uncle Donny with 70 dollars Best Buy gift card.

We had so much fun celebrating the Christmas night together. I almost lost my voice from laughing way too much. Geri and her bf didn't leave until midnight. The most fun Christmas we all had ever had.

Other Topic

 Today marked my first day going out on the road running again.  Took more than a month off of it, was away helping my niece plus I got really sick. I made 6 miles or so for an hour running around the neighborhood. It was difficult to breathe. I felt as if I just started running. The weather was sunny and warm but very dry. I didn't sweat that much plus my mouth was dry.  I was using my VFF. Not much back problems. I really missed listening to my mp3 and running. It's funny feeling. I never thought I can like running but I guess I know I am now. It's a good thing, isn't it?
