I was able to do 15 miles and some in them within 3 hrs and 6 minutes. I stopped at the house every time I made the 5 miles mark and took maybe 5 minutes rest.
I had consumed :
- 3 of 16 ounces of water
- 8 ounce of gaterade
- 2 energy gel
- a banana
I tried to run on some grass with them today and felt so better compare to concrete. I am impressed with how my feet acclimatized within months of practiced.
I am hoping to do the marathon with them in October 9, 2011.
